Programme Coordinator: Khobi Ledwaba

Khobi Ledwaba (Programme Coordinator)
Khobi Ledwaba holds a BA in Languages & Literature and a 3-year diploma in Brand Communications. Her first screenplay, "Between Friends" was released in cinemas nationwide. She later assumed the role of co-head-writer for Matatiele, a 26-part drama and she is currently in development of a feature film that will be produced by her company.



Karima Effendi
Karima Effendi holds a BA Honours degree in English from the University of the Western Cape. She works as a screenplay editor independently and for the National Film and Video Foundation. Her first TV drama series (Intersexions Series I) won 11 SAFTA awards and a George Peabody award in 2012.



Tracey Dearham-Rainers
Tracey-Lee Rainers is a Johannesburg based writer, producer, script editor and also serves as a Council Member for the Writers Guild of South Africa. She has been in the South African film and television industry since 2004.
